Descriptive ethics

Descriptive ethics is usually the concern of sociologists, anthropologists, social psychologists, and historians – the study of what the moral beliefs and judgments of individuals and societies are OR WERE, and what sorts of explanations can be given for the ways in which individual, groups or societies believe or act.
