Kingland soy yoghurt is vegan and tasty. It lists in its ingredients:
- thickener 1442 which is Hydroxypropyl distarch phosphate;
- vegetable gums 415 and 412 which are Xanthan and Guar gums;
- acids 270, 330, 296 and 200 which are lactic, citric, malic and sorbic food acids;
- mineral salt 509 which is calcium chloride (used among other things in the production of tofu).
But after all that disclosure it also lists “natural and nature identical flavourings”. Nature identical?
